A renamed store page still works
Plenty of shops call their store something other than /shop. If yours is /original-art or /paintings, paste that address and we read it directly. If you paste your homepage, we find your store from your sitemap, including across several store pages.

Squarespace is where a great many painters, photographers, illustrators and designers keep their portfolio. A grid of thumbnails is a fine index and a poor exhibition. This gives the same work a room, a wall, and a sense of scale.

How do I turn my Squarespace site into a 3D gallery?
Paste your Squarespace address into the box at the top of this page. We read your store page, pull in your images, titles, descriptions, and prices, and hang everything on the walls of a 3D room. You then rearrange anything you like and share the result as one link. It takes about a minute and costs nothing to build.
Do I need a plugin, an extension, or a code block?
No. Squarespace publishes every page as machine-readable JSON at a public address, so we read your store the same way a search engine reads your site. There is no API key to generate, no extension to authorise, nothing to paste into a code block, and nothing added to your site at all.
Will this slow down my Squarespace site?
No, because nothing is added to it. There is no script in your template and no extra assets on your pages. Your site runs exactly as it did before. The gallery lives at its own link, on our servers.
My store page isn't called /shop. Will it still work?
Yes. Paste the address of the page your products are actually on, for example yoursite.com/original-art, and we read that directly. If you paste your homepage instead, we look through your sitemap for your store pages and pull from all of them, so a site with a separate page for paintings and one for prints brings both.
Do my sizes and editions come across?
Yes. Squarespace publishes product variants and their option names in full, so a print offered in three sizes arrives with those three sizes and their prices on the piece's page in the gallery. This is one of the more complete imports we do.
Do visitors buy through MyGallery3D?
No. Every piece links out to its own product page on your Squarespace site, so people buy from you, through your existing checkout, with your payment settings and shipping rules untouched. We never handle payment. The gallery is a window onto your shop, not a second shop.
What if I have a portfolio and not a store?
It still works. If there are no products to read, we fall back to reading the structured data on your pages, and failing that, harvesting the images from them, so a portfolio site with no shop attached can still become a gallery. You can also skip the import and upload your images directly, each with its own title and description.
How many pieces can I show?
The import brings across up to 100 products, and gallery sizes hold up to 25, 50, or 100 pieces. Fewer is usually better: a focused room of your strongest work reads far better than a packed one, exactly as a real gallery hangs a selection rather than the whole studio.
Is it free, and does it work on mobile?
Building and editing your gallery is free with no card. You only pay when you make it public, and every plan starts with a free trial. Visitors can walk through it in any modern browser on desktop and mobile, and in VR. Editing is desktop-only, since the drag-and-drop tools need a mouse.
