Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
MyGallery3D (“we”, “us”) turns your online store or your own uploaded images into a walkable 3D gallery you can share by link. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights you have. Questions? Email contact@mygallery3d.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to build and host your gallery:
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in (we use a passwordless magic-link sign-in).
- Content you import or upload: when you connect a store (Shopify, Etsy, Squarespace, Wix, WooCommerce) or upload your own images, we store the images, titles, descriptions, and links needed to build and display your gallery.
- Payment information: when you start a paid plan, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) processes your payment. We receive your subscription status and plan details, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics (pages visited, errors) used to operate and improve the service.
- Gallery visitor analytics: when someone views a published gallery, we record anonymous, aggregate interactions (visits, time spent, which artworks were opened, and add-to-cart/checkout clicks) and show them to that gallery's owner. This data is not tied to your identity, contains no IP address or device fingerprint, and we honor your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.
- Cookies and local storage: a session cookie keeps you signed in, and a random local identifier (stored in your browser) lets us count unique gallery visits. MyGallery3D itself does not place advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, though a gallery owner may add their own (see “Cookies and tracking technologies” below).
How we use your information
- To create, host, and display the 3D galleries you build.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process payments and manage your subscriptions.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service and fix problems.
- To communicate with you about your account or support requests.
- To send you product updates, tips, and occasional marketing emails about MyGallery3D and new features. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in each email; opting out does not affect essential account emails like sign-in, billing, and security notices.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run MyGallery3D, under their own security and privacy obligations:
- Supabase: database and image storage.
- Vercel: application hosting.
- Lemon Squeezy: payment processing and subscription billing (merchant of record).
- Brevo: sending account, support, and product-update or marketing emails (each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link), and managing our email contact list.
- Anthropic: AI features that help generate gallery text (only the content needed for the requested feature is sent).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We keep our own use of cookies minimal:
- Essential: a session cookie keeps you signed in, and a small access cookie is used where the site is gated. These are necessary for the service to work.
- First-party analytics: to count unique gallery visits we store a random identifier in your browser's local storage. It holds no name, email, IP address, or cross-site identifier, it is used only in aggregate, and we honor your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.
- Owner-added tools on PRO galleries: a gallery owner may connect their own Google Analytics or Meta Pixel to their published gallery. When they do, those third-party tools set their own cookies and collect visitor data under Google's and Meta's policies and under the gallery owner's control. The gallery owner is the party responsible for that tracking, including providing any notice or consent that their visitors' local laws require.
If you would rather not be measured by third-party tools, a browser setting such as Global Privacy Control, or an ad/tracker blocker, will limit them.
Importing from Google Drive and Dropbox
If you choose to import images from Google Drive or Dropbox, you authorize access on Google's or Dropbox's own screen. We use that access only to read the specific files you pick and add them to your gallery.
We request the minimum access needed (for Google Drive, only the files you select). We never receive your Google or Dropbox password, we do not access anything else in your account, and we do not use this data for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
International data transfers
We and our providers may store and process your information in countries other than the one you live in. When we transfer data across borders, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU and UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to certain uses.
To exercise any of these, email contact@mygallery3d.com from your account email and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not charge you or treat you differently for using these rights.
Data retention and deletion
You stay in control of your content. You can delete any gallery or draft from your dashboard at any time, which removes its stored images and data.
To delete your entire account and all associated data, email contact@mygallery3d.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
We keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, basic payment records for tax and accounting).
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), scoped access tokens, and reputable infrastructure providers, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Children
MyGallery3D is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
