Getting started takes about thirty seconds, and you don't even need a password. Here's how to create your account.

1. Open Sign inFrom the home page, click Sign in in the top right corner.
2. Enter your emailType your email address and click Email me a sign-in link. There's no password to create. Prefer one click? Choose Continue with Google instead.
3. Click the link in your emailOpen the email from MyGallery3D and click the link inside. It signs you in and brings you straight back. If it doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder.

Tip. You can come back to My Galleries anytime from the menu at the top.

From your store link to a finished 3D gallery, in about a minute.

This is the heart of it: turning your work into a walkable 3D gallery. You can start from an online store, a portfolio link, or your own images. Our AI does the hanging and the writing for you. Here's the whole flow, from start to finish.

1. Start a new galleryFrom My Galleries, click New gallery to begin.
2. Option 1: paste your store or portfolio linkPaste the link to your online store or portfolio and press Enter. It works with Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix. Our AI reads your link and pulls in your pictures, titles, and prices automatically. This takes just a few seconds.
3. Option 2: upload your own imagesNo store? Choose Upload your own images instead, then drag in your files. Give each one a title, and a description. This is perfect for artists and photographers.
4. Pick a design and a sizeChoose a gallery design you like and a size. Bigger sizes hold more pieces. Give your gallery a name, then you're ready to build.
5. Choose which pieces to showBefore building, decide which pieces fill the gallery. Click Build it free to let us pick a set that fits, or click Choose which pieces to show to hand-pick exactly the ones you want, up to the size's limit. You can search and flip through pages to find them.
6. Your gallery is readyThat's it. Our AI hangs every piece on the walls, evenly spaced, and even writes your gallery's introduction. No blank page, no setup. From here you can walk through it, customise it, and share it.

Tip. Not sure on size? Start smaller. You can switch size or design later without losing your work.

Walk, look, and open pieces, on any device.

Your gallery is a real space you walk through, not a page you scroll. Here's how to get around, whether you're on a computer, a phone, or in a VR headset.

1. On a computerUse W A S D or the arrow keys to walk, and hold Shift to move faster. Click and drag with the mouse to look around. Want to jump somewhere? Just click a spot on the floor and the camera glides there.
2. On a phone or tabletDrag the on-screen joystick at the bottom-left to walk, and drag anywhere else to look around. Pinch with two fingers to zoom. You can also tap a spot on the floor to glide straight there.
3. Immersive mode on a phoneTap the ✨ Immersive button at the top to aim the camera by physically moving your phone, like a window you hold up to the room. The joystick still moves you around, immersive just adds the look-by-tilting on top. The first time, your phone may ask permission to use its motion sensors, just allow it. Tap Immersive again to turn it off.
4. Settings in the top-leftTap the gear icon in the top-left corner to open View settings. There you can invert the camera, so looking left and right, or up and down, moves the way you prefer. Your choice is remembered for next time. The Share button sits right next to the gear, and if the owner added a contact email, an envelope appears there too.
5. Open a pieceClick or tap any artwork to open its page, with the title, description, price, and more photos. If the gallery sells, visitors can add to cart or visit the store right from here.
6. Step inside in VROpen the gallery link in a VR headset's browser and tap Enter VR. Use the controllers to teleport around and point at pieces to view them.
7. View and EditAs the owner, you'll see a View and Edit switch at the bottom. View is exactly what your visitors see. Switch to Edit when you want to change things, which we cover next.

Tip. Share your gallery link and anyone can explore it right in their browser, with no app or account needed.

Move, resize, add, and remove pieces, all by clicking and dragging.

Making the gallery your own happens right inside it, by clicking and dragging. There are no menus to learn. Here's everything you can do in Edit mode.

1. Switch to Edit modeOpen your gallery, then use the View / Edit switch at the bottom and choose Edit. Now you can click pieces, and the plus markers on the walls, to change anything.
2. Move a piece along the wallClick and hold a piece, then drag it left or right along the wall to reposition it. Let go to drop it. You can even move a piece while its editor is open.
3. Resize a pieceClick a piece to open its editor, then drag the Size slider to make it bigger or smaller. On a computer you can also hover a piece and scroll to resize it.
4. Edit your entrance plaqueEvery gallery opens with an About plaque on the wall that holds your gallery's title and intro. In Edit mode, click it to change the title and the text, or press the regenerate button to have AI rewrite the intro for you. The Panel tab lets you resize the plaque and change its colours. Text panels you add to other walls use this same editor.
5. Add to a wallClick a plus marker on any wall to add a product, upload an image, add a YouTube video, or add a text panel. New pieces open right away so you can size and place them.
6. Add a 3D object or sculptureUse the ＋ 3D object button in the bottom bar to upload your own 3D model (a .glb file) and stand it on the floor. Drag it to move it around the room, and open its panel to rotate, resize, or raise it, and to set it on a round or square pedestal. It's perfect for sculptures and other three-dimensional work, and visitors can walk around it.
7. Replace or removeClick a piece to open its editor. Replace swaps in a different product or image while keeping the same spot, and Remove takes it off the wall.
8. Undo and autosaveEvery change saves on its own, so there's no save button to hunt for. Made a mistake? Press Ctrl + Z, or Cmd + Z on a Mac, to undo.

Tip. When it looks right, flip back to View to see it exactly as your visitors will.

Upload your own 3D models and stand them on the floor, on a pedestal.

Galleries aren't only for wall art. You can upload your own 3D models and place them right in the room, on the floor, on a pedestal, so visitors walk all the way around them. It's ideal for sculptures, product models, and any three-dimensional work. Here's how, and what you'll need.

1. What you'll needA 3D model saved as a .glb or .gltf file (.glb is best, since it keeps everything in one file). Keep it under 20 MB and under 250,000 triangles so your gallery stays fast to load on phones and in VR. You can add up to 7 objects on a Small gallery, 15 on Medium, and 28 on Large.
2. Switch to Edit modeOpen your gallery and use the View / Edit switch at the bottom to choose Edit.
3. Click ＋ 3D objectIn the bottom bar, next to Design, click the ＋ 3D object button. Your file picker opens so you can choose a model from your computer.
4. Upload your modelPick your .glb or .gltf file. It uploads straight into the room and drops on the floor in front of you. A large file can take a little while to upload, so let the progress bar finish, you can only upload one object at a time.
5. Move it aroundClick and drag the object to slide it across the floor to exactly where you want it. It always stays inside the walls.
6. Size, rotate, and raise itThe panel on the right controls the object. Drag Size to scale it, Rotation to spin it, and use the Up and Down buttons to lift it off the floor, it can even float if you like.
7. Stand it on a pedestalUnder Pedestal, choose Round or Square to set your object on a plinth, then adjust the pedestal's own size and rotation. Choose None to sit it straight on the floor. Pedestals and objects are solid, so visitors bump into them instead of walking through.
8. Remove oneTo take an object out, select it and click Remove in its panel. Every change saves on its own, and it all carries through when you publish.

Frames, colours, product pages, and the overall look.

Beyond arranging pieces, you can fine-tune how everything looks, from the frames on the wall to the page visitors see when they open a piece.

1. Customise a frameClick a piece and open the Frame section. Pick a style, either Matte or a wood grain like Oak, Walnut, Ash, Pine, or Birch, then pick a colour to tint it. Choose No frame for a borderless look.
2. Apply one frame to allHappy with a frame? Press Apply to all to give every piece the same frame in one click.
3. Customise a product's pageClick a piece and choose Customise the product page. Here you can change the title, write a full description, and add photos or a YouTube or Vimeo video, all shown when a visitor opens the piece.
4. Restyle every pop-up at onceClick Style at the bottom to set a theme, accent colour, and font for every product pop-up together. You can also hide sections you don't need, like price or quantity.
5. Add a Contact buttonIn the Style panel, open Contact and add your email. An envelope then appears next to the settings button on your live gallery, so visitors can reach you.

Tip. Wood frames are tinted by the colour you pick, so try Oak with a light brown, or Walnut with a deep tone.

Go live, then share it with one link, or embed it.

When your gallery looks the way you want, it's time to make it live and get it in front of people. Here's how to publish, share, and even embed it.

1. Publish your galleryClick Publish & Share, then follow the steps to make your gallery public. You'll get a single link you can share anywhere.
2. Share the linkOn your live gallery, click the Share button at the top-left. Copy the link, use your device's share sheet, or post straight to social. Anyone with the link can walk through it, no account needed.
3. Set a custom linkIn your gallery's settings, set a custom name so your link is short and on-brand.
4. Embed it on your websiteWith PRO, grab the embed code and paste it into your own website to show the 3D gallery right on your page.

Analytics, email reports, embedding, and your own branding.

PRO unlocks the tools to grow your gallery and make it fully your own: see who's visiting, get a summary by email, embed it on your website, add your own logo, and track your traffic. PRO is one add-on that applies across all your galleries. Here's how to use each part.

1. Turn on PROFrom My Galleries, use the PRO strip at the top to add PRO. It unlocks everything below across every gallery you own, for one monthly price. You can manage or cancel it anytime from the same strip.
2. See your analyticsClick Analytics on any gallery to see visits, unique visitors, the devices people use, your most-viewed pieces, and a funnel from visit to add-to-cart to checkout. Each number also shows how it compares to the period before, so you can spot what's working.
3. Get a report by emailIn the Email reports card, choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Our AI writes a short, friendly summary of how your gallery is doing and sends it to you. Click Send me a sample to see one right away.
4. Embed it on your websiteIn a gallery's settings, copy the embed code and paste it into your own site to show the walkable 3D gallery right on your page, no separate link needed.
5. Add your own brandingIn settings, open Your branding to upload your own logo, or remove the MyGallery3D badge for a clean, unbranded look. You can also set a cover image, the picture that shows when your link is shared on social.
6. Track your own trafficAlso in settings, add a Meta Pixel or a Google Analytics ID to measure visits and build audiences in your own tools, alongside the built-in analytics.

1. Free vs PROBuilding, customising, and sharing a gallery is free. Publishing a gallery is a subscription, with a free trial. PRO is a separate add-on that unlocks visitor analytics, email reports, website embedding, and your own branding across all your galleries.
2. Manage your subscriptionOpen your account and billing settings to upgrade, change, or cancel anytime. If you cancel, paid features stay on until the end of your billing period.
